Anonymous: I keep cutting..what do I do?
You stop. I know how hard that sounds, but just start going lengths of time without doing it. minutes, hours, days, weeks. It all adds up and sooner or later you’ll get over your addiction. Do other things that get your mind off of cutting. Hang with friends, watch tv, read a book! Anything will do. Addictions aren’t easily broken, but just know that I believe in you and I always will. You have to stay strong.
